Privacy notice.
Draft for legal review. This notice describes how this website handles the details you submit. It is not yet reviewed by a lawyer.
What we collect
- Details you type into our forms: name, mobile number, city, optional email, vehicle or business details and your message.
- Basic technical logs from our hosting provider (Cloudflare) such as IP address, for security.
- When you submit a form, we email its contents to the RidePe team through Cloudflare Email Sending to a RidePe team mailbox. That email copy stays in the mailbox until we delete it, so a deletion request covers both the stored record and the email.
Why
To contact you about the RidePe pilot you asked about. We do not sell your details and do not use them for unrelated marketing.
How long
Form submissions are deleted automatically after 180 days.
Delete or correct your data
Use the contact form and write "delete my data" with the mobile number you used. We will confirm once done.
Who sees it
The small RidePe team and our hosting provider. It is stored in Cloudflare infrastructure.
